The service
Raqibli gathers listings publicly posted on other platforms and websites, shows them as they are, and sends you alerts based on your criteria. We are not a party to any sale, purchase or rental.
Content and sources
- We do not store listings content; we display it as published at its source, with its link.
- The source and the advertiser are responsible for a listing's content and accuracy, and a listing may change or be removed at its source at any time.
- We may add new sources, or pause or remove any source, at any time and without prior notice.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your data, for keeping your account secure, and for using the service lawfully and respectfully.
Subscription
Plans, prices and the free trial period are shown on the subscription page in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically and you can cancel them in your store settings.
Referrals
You earn free subscription days when friends subscribe with your code; the terms and the number required are shown on the invite page in the app.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to harm it, or use it against applicable laws.
Ownership
The app and its design belong to us; listings and their content belong to their owners and sources.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as is, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability or continuity of the listings shown.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for any dealings or damages between users and advertisers or sources.
Termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
