Raqibli respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect about you and how we use and protect it.

Listings content

• Raqibli shows listings that are publicly posted on other platforms and websites (the sources) as they are, each with a link to its source.
• We do not store listings content; we display it as published at its source.
• The source where a listing was posted, and the advertiser, are responsible for its content and accuracy. Contact and any dealings happen through the source.
• We do not show advertisers' contact numbers.
• We may add new sources, or pause or remove any source, at any time and without prior notice.

Data we collect about you

• Your email, your name if you add it, and your password stored encrypted.
• Your phone number if you choose to sign in with it.
• A device identifier and a push notification token.
• Your alerts and their criteria, your saved listings, and your notification history.
• Your subscription status and referral code.
• General usage data through Google Analytics, to improve the app.
• The advertising identifier, only if you allow tracking.

Sign in with Google, Apple or phone number

When you sign in with one of these, we receive only your email or phone number and an identifier, and nothing else from your account.

How we use data

We use your data to run your account, send your alerts, improve the service, and prevent abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the app, such as hosting, email, notifications, app stores, ads and analytics.

Your rights

You can access and correct your data, delete your account from inside the app at any time, and contact us by email.

Retention and security

We keep your data as long as needed to provide the service and apply appropriate security measures to protect it.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 13.

We may update this policy and will publish the new version with its update date.
