Delete your Raqibli account

You can delete your account and all its data at any time, in two ways.

In the app (fastest)

Open the app and sign in.
Go to Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject "Account deletion request". We delete it within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

Your account data: email, name and phone number.
Your alerts, templates, saved listings and notification history.
Your devices registered for notifications and your sign-in sessions.

We keep none of this after deletion. Only the subscription record (dates and plan) stays, with no personal data, for accounting. Cancel the subscription itself from your phone's subscription settings.
